Telesales / Business Development Representative
Our clients are OEM specialists with resources dedicated to full stack IT infrastructure, high-performance computing, and embedded technology. Our proven implementation and integration services have achieved great success with leading enterprises.
They are now seeking a Telesales Representative to join their team based in Worthing. The successful candidate will be IT literate and will report to the team leader.
Position Overview
1. Proactively cold call and prospect new clients, booking meetings for the external sales team.
2. Maintain prospect lists to create a manageable monthly follow-up call schedule.
3. Develop and maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.
4. Plan and assist with direct marketing activities for lead generation.
5. Attend training to develop relevant technical and commercial knowledge and skills.
6. Maintain an understanding of the Embedded, industrial, and medical IT markets, as well as the broader business and economic landscape, through self-study and company-led training to enhance sales effectiveness.
7. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and revenue targets.
Position Requirements

* Experience in a similar role.
* Highly competitive with charisma.
* Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
* Knowledge and expertise of the sales lifecycle and supporting processes.
* Ability to self-motivate, push forward, and succeed in a challenging business environment.
* IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Position Remuneration
* Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week.
