A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Administrator to join a busy team responsible for assisting Solicitors & Conveyancers in the conveyancing process. Duties include:
1. Preparing legal documents and correspondence
2. Assisting in property searches and due diligence
3. Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties
4. Managing and organising files and documents
5. Providing administrative support as needed
6. Utilising Leap software systems
This role requires an experienced Legal Administrator who is passionate about delivering excellent client care, being the first point of contact, and providing a seamless professional start-to-finish property transaction.
As a great Legal Administrator, you will have the following skills:
1. Understanding of conveyancing laws and regulations
2. Proficiency in legal documentation and procedures
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a team
5. Experience with case management systems
