Job Description
* Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
* Salary £27,700 per annum
* An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, about 3.5k annually)
* Ideal candidate a strong commis chef that wants to move on progress and be part of an exciting project.
* You will be responsible for preparing and serving food in accordance with the hotel's high standards
* Supporting the kitchen team and helping colleagues
* Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
* Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative
* Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
Qualifications
* Experience in a 3 AA Rosettes within a similar role.
* A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food
* A calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure
* Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills
* Ambition to succeed
