A principal contractor will be looking to add a Proposals and Marketing Manager to their pre-construction department as the next step in their growth strategy.
As the Proposals and Marketing Manager, you will play an integral part in helping the business to secure future work with clients that meet their values within the residential, education, health, and public sector.
In this hybrid position, your responsibilities will include:
1. Bid writing
2. Managing the tender and submissions
3. Marketing for the company
This exciting opportunity will suit you if you have the following attributes and experience:
1. Minimum 5 years in Proposals Management and Bid Writing within the construction industry.
2. Conversant with InDesign and/or Photoshop.
3. Good understanding of the building process and terminology.
4. Proven success ratio of winning tenders.
5. Keen eye for detail that will lay the foundations for a high success rate in pre-qualification questionnaires and invitations to tender.
6. Striving to create bid content that provides a competitive edge.
7. Personality that understands the effective use of social media.
8. Enjoys networking and attending construction-related events.
