Role Overview: As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our apprenticeship programmes. You will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment, training, and development of apprentices, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience and support throughout their journey. Your organisational skills and passion for education will contribute to the success of our apprentices and the overall effectiveness of our programmes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the recruitment process for apprentices, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, and apprentices to ensure effective programme delivery. Monitor and track apprentices' progress, providing guidance and support as needed. Organise training sessions, workshops, and assessments, ensuring all materials are prepared and available. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to apprenticeship programmes. Conduct regular evaluations of apprenticeship programmes, gathering feedback from apprentices and employers to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including safeguarding measures. Promote apprenticeship opportunities within the local community and schools to attract potential candidates. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an educational or training environment, preferably in apprenticeship coordination or similar roles. Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with apprentices, employers, and training providers. A passion for education and a commitment to supporting apprentices in their professional development. Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and legislation is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management. A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required for this role.
