Salary: 26,000 - 26,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Eager to learn and develop new IT skills.
* Organised, motivated, and able to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Patient and approachable when working with users of varying technical abilities.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Knowledge of M365 administration, Windows & Mobile OS troubleshooting (desirable).
* IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
* Diagnose and resolve core IT issues, including Windows OS and O365.
* Manage and maintain IT equipment.
* Create and update user documentation.
* Handle issue resolution or escalation as necessary.
