Knowledge, Skills and Training
Essential criteria
1. Registered practitioner (MH nurse, OT or social worker) to degree/diploma level supplemented by post registration diploma level specialist training and/or short courses or demonstrable extensive experience in the relevant specialty
2. Membership of the relevant Professional Body
3. Evidence of recent professional development in an up to date portfolio
Desirable criteria
4. Knowledge and understanding of Trust Strategy relevant to role
Job Specific Experience
Essential criteria
5. Experience of specialist working
6. Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care
7. Experience of managing change
8. Demonstrable knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions in area of specialism
Desirable criteria
9. Recent previous experience within a comparable role
10. Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level
Managerial/ Supervisory Experience
Essential criteria
11. Experience of providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff
Desirable criteria
12. Experience of devising and delivering training
Information Technology/ Resources
Essential criteria
13. Experience of using electronic patient / service user record systems
14. Able to analyse data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
