IT Site Support Engineer Our Role As a Site Support Engineer, you will providetechnical support services across our UK sites.?In this role, you will facilitate new site deployments and mobilizations as well as offering general IT support. Key Responsibilities 1. Be responsible for the setup and maintenance of remote site networks as well as the documentation of those networks 2. Work closely with the service desk team and help by resolving and support issues whilst onsite at any of the remote offices 3. Liaise with the service desk to ensure that any support need is fulfilled whilst on the sites 4. Ensure that all hardware is configured and ready to deploy at sites in accordance with build specification and customer requirements 5. Ensure that all network devices are configured in accordance with best practice security requirements and Network Plus build specifications and pre-tested 6. Work as part of a team to achieve results on 1
