The Role:
This is a high-impact, front-office sales role focused on acquiring and growing institutional client relationships across EMEA. You’ll be selling sophisticated FX and derivatives trading solutions, acting as a subject matter expert, and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business across institutional client segments
* Identify and qualify opportunities through a consultative sales approach
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior decision-makers
* Deliver platform demos, commercial proposals, and lead contract negotiations
* Stay up to date on market developments, client challenges, and competitor activity
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in FX or derivatives markets
* Background as an FX options trader is a strong plus
* Proven track record in institutional sales or front-office client engagement
* Deep understanding of electronic trading platforms and execution workflows
* Strong communication, commercial acumen, and client management skills
* Self-driven, professional, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
