Position: Youth Worker (In School Support)
Location: Primary School, Bath
Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate start available

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their learning and development? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bath, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis.
No prior classroom experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who have a background in working with children and are eager to make a difference in the lives of students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Help students engage with and access the curriculum
* Assist with emotional, social, and academic development
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other staff members to provide tailored support
Requirements:
* Experience working with children (classroom experience not essential)
* Passion for supporting children with SEN
* Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A clear DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* A flexible and positive approach to work
