What You’ll Be Doing As our new Physics Teacher, your role will include: Teaching Physics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 to students aged 11–16. Creating engaging, differentiated lessons that promote deep understanding and spark curiosity. Leading practical experiments and investigations that connect theory with real-world applications. Using assessment data effectively to support pupil progress and raise attainment. Contributing to curriculum development within the Science Department. Supporting students beyond the classroom through involvement in clubs or school-wide science initiatives. What We’re Looking For We're seeking a Physics Teacher who: Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physics or a closely related subject. Has successful experience teaching Physics to students aged 11–16. Is confident planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to a wide range of abilities. Brings a reflective, proactive approach to teaching and professional development. Is enthusiastic about science education and committed to fostering a love for Physics in their students.
