We’re looking for an Interim General Manager to join Trustonic and provide oversight and leadership to our Secure Platform business working with an established senior leadership team spanning Tech, Product, Marketing, HR and Sales. This position is temporary and will be offered for a fixed-term (inside IR35) period of c3 + months. It is a hybrid role and ideally candidates will be located within commutable distance to our Winnersh, UK office and be able to travel regularly to our Sophia office in France.

A BIT ABOUT THE TEAM AND WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER
As Acting General Manager you will have oversight for one of our businesses TT Secure Platform. This business develops Secure OS to keep connected devices secure. With c 40 employees in the UK, France, Korea and China plus external sales agency support in Asia you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a diverse team and a global customer base across Mobile, Automotive and IoT verticals. We have strong relationships with most of the worlds leading silicon vendors and technology venders such as ARM and Google. With a growing ecosystem of partners and resellers and a trusted brand that punches above it’s weight, this is a brilliant opportunity for the right leader.
As Acting General Manager, you will:
* Oversee the strategy, ensuring TTSP leadership team are rallied behind the agreed 2025 strategic plan and that OKRs are mapped to key strategic and financial objects. Driving strategic reviews and embedding a clear strategic framework to assure that all strategic priorities are delivered.
* Manage the numbers, working with VP Commercial to ensure that sales, gross and net margins are on or above target, reviewing the forecast process and identifying improvement opportunities and partnering with finance to ensure the numbers are supported by clear execution plans.
* Enhance operational excellence, by establishing dashboards to monitor company performance and recommendations are understood and implemented around operational efficiencies.
* Drive marketing outputs, through ensuring the TTSP market plan is finalised for 2025, support account based marketing webinar planning and reviewing new marketing material to ensure alignment with customer issues.
* Assure compliance programs, through assuring ISO/ASPICE certifications are achieved/enhanced/retained, working with HR and the Quality manager to develop and roll out quality training and other support processes and working with Marketing to ensure annual customer satisfaction surveys happen.
* Improve data fluency and visibility, through driving a data driven ethos, ensuring business performance is understood by everyone.

You will be:

* Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and ability to work within a start-up environment is a must-have or demonstrate attitude to work in a fluid & dynamic environment.
* Strong ability to communicate with both internal and external customers and synthesize their feedback.
WHAT MAKES YOU, YOU
You will have experience of working:
* with HSM’s or Secure Elements (desirable).
* in a software or technology driven company
* in a multi-cultural global environment
* in PE backed businesses at an executive level leadership position
* with industry recognized quality schemes and being and agent for change
* and delivering business results in the capacity of a Operations Director, COO, Sales Director capacity in similar small-mid sized global technology businesses
* with data and performance analysis
You will have knowledge of:
* marketing, channel management, direct sales, partner management, pricing strategies.
* Automotive, mobile or IoT markets.
* Basic knowledge of Android is desirable.
* hardware & software security, automotive and mobile eco-systems.
You can speak:
* English fluently, French desirable
You will hold:
* bachelors’ degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
