Maths Teacher
We are seeking an outstanding Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team at the UCS. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Maths teaching and learning to pupils across key stages, while implementing innovative strategies to promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and plan engaging Maths lessons to ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning
* Promote best practice in Maths teaching and learning, and share your expertise across the department
* Provide personalised learning opportunities to support the progress and attainment of all pupils
* Help and support individual pupils as required, encouraging them to research topics independently
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, assignments, homework, and continuous assessment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience in teaching Maths at the secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering innovative Maths lessons
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, colleagues, and parents
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
