Collaborative Personal Assistant, Band 4
North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a permanent Band 4 Personal Assistant to provide a PA service to the Women and Children's Collaborative Triumvirate and the wider Collaborative senior team to a high quality and efficient level and work alongside the Collaborative Administration Team.
The Collaborative Administration Team provides an efficient, effective and professional administration support service to the Women and Children's Collaborative Triumvirate and their services, contributing to reaching the Trust's vision, strategic objectives, and key work programmes.
Main Duties of the Job
Main duties will include:
* Provide confidential administrative support including proactive management of diaries, email and other correspondence, ensuring all actions are completed within the relevant timescales.
* Resolve day-to-day problems independently, being the first point of contact for the Triumvirate, liaising with a cross-section and multi-disciplinary team of staff that delivers effective communication and up-to-date systems, and making informed decisions within their area of responsibility.
* Manage confidential, complex, and sensitive information concerning staff and the Trust as a whole, exercising discretion and maintaining high professional and ethical standards at all times.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Minimum of GCSE level qualification in Maths and English or equivalent.
* NVQ level 4 Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* IT skills or equipment.
Experience
* Data analysis experience.
* Previous PA experience within a senior management environment.
* Experience of minute taking.
* Experience of organising meetings and diary management for senior manager/team.
* Experience of working in a healthcare setting.
* Previous NHS experience.
Knowledge
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and databases.

* Ability to navigate the internet with ease.
