What you will be doing:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line customer-facing and remote technical support.
* ICT Asset Management - ensuring the movement of contractual ICT assets is controlled and centralised asset registers are updated accordingly.
* Document and deliver ICT equipment testing plans to ensure that service availability is maximized.
* ICT Equipment Disposal - ensuring disposal of ICT equipment is controlled and performed in conjunction with approved 3rd parties.
* Maintain and update the Onsite Engineering Knowledge Base to ensure known errors are documented, aiding in reducing incident resolution times.
* Key Stakeholder Meetings - collaborate with key stakeholders to meet and enhance their ICT requirements.
What we are looking for:
* Proven management experience within an on-site support environment.
* On-site support experience in an IT support role.
* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
* Experience with Microsoft applications including Office 2016/2019, Office 365, Google Classroom, and SCCM/MDT.
* Knowledge of backup technologies and recovery processes.
* Understanding of LAN/WLAN topologies in a support environment.
