Our client, a luxury and reputable business within the leisure and sporting industry, is looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to join their HR team.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Senior HR Manager to prepare, administer, and process all payroll.
2. Checking all overtime submissions for accuracy and preparing the monthly overtime spreadsheet.
3. Supporting the monthly Pension submissions processes via Nest, Aegon, and Aviva, and other individual schemes.
4. Reconciling the monthly pension contributions, understanding the reasons for any variances.
5. Handling the annual submission and processing of P11Ds and P46.
6. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews.
7. Managing employee life cycle administration, including tracking new starters and leavers, ensuring all compliance checks are completed, such as right to works, reference requests, contracts, and maintaining accurate audit trails for payroll purposes while keeping employee records up to date.
8. Assisting with benefits administration, including enrolment and changes.
9. Supporting HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
