Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 (Salary Negotiable Dependant on Experience) + HUGE UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS – SIX FIGURES!

What will you do in this role?
1. Generate new leads and identify opportunities for the business.
2. Call on commercial and industrial facilities including government buildings, hospitals, schools, etc.
3. Manage and grow existing business within your specified territory.
4. Increase turnover of reduced spend customers.
5. Achieve operational targets, budgets, and KPIs.
What we are looking for:
1. Good technical and commercial knowledge and experience within the flat roofing industry.
2. Field/Area/Specification sales experience (within flat roofing).
3. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
4. A passion to win and thrive to close deals.
5. Money-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
6. Experience managing a new territory.
7. Experience in cold calling within a geographical area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time.
