An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of the new dynamic Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals Programme Management Office (PMO). An enthusiastic Project Manager is required to work on specific projects within the work streams as part of the PMO Portfolio.
The chosen candidate should be motivated and ambitious with a “Can Do” attitude. You should have a strong focus on delivery and be able to work under quick timescales in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the day-to-day development and monitoring to ensure the work stream is planned and managed in accordance with agreed timeframes. Project Management experience is essential to lead on the change initiatives to deliver the financial benefits for the organisation.
The candidate will have experience with Project Management tools & techniques and be able to apply them to complex improvement work.
You will deliver strong service improvement and help in supporting benefit realisation. You will also effectively manage risk and issues across your work stream and have effective communication skills to empower and engage internal/external stakeholders.

Experience & Knowledge
* Demonstrable experience in Project planning, implementation, benefits realisation, project closure, and review
* Experience of preparing and presenting major project documentation such as PIDS, Business cases, end stage reports, and PIR documents
* Good level of knowledge of Service Delivery within the NHS
Qualifications/Training
* BA (Hons) in Business or Project Management or; Equivalent relevant experience
* PRINCE2 practitioner or equivalent
* MSc in Business and Project Management
Personal Attributes & Skills
* Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously and deliver to agreed time scales
* Effective decision-making ability when prioritising and organising own and team workloads to ensure strict project deadlines are met.
