Experience & Qualifications Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN. Previous experience in a mental health setting, ideally in an acute care environment. Proven ability to lead a team and demonstrate clinical expertise. Experience with acute mental health patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate care. They’ll have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where continuous learning and professional development are encouraged. Provide clinical expertise and guidance, supporting staff through regular supervision, reflective practice, and peer support. Conduct patient assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical governance standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Actively contribute to patient recovery and well-being by creating a safe, therapeutic environment.
