This hands-on role is your chance to: Lead Commercial Strategy : Define and drive a commercial strategy that aligns cross-functional teams on achieving ambitious growth and profitability targets. Manage Relationships : Be the main point of contact with the retailer, ensuring seamless communication across commercial, supply chain, and NPD functions. Oversee Category Performance : Utilize Category Management principles to identify trends, enhance category value, and create win-win solutions. Analyze & Act : Regularly review P&L, identify key performance drivers, and develop data-driven action plans to address challenges and seize opportunities.
