The ideal candidate for the role is an accomplished Lead Electronics Design Engineer seeking to make a difference in the creation of highly advanced, compact, state-of-the-art miniature electronic systems and subsystems used in various applications: low-volume - high-value products!
Your extensive experience will be key to driving success in managing the full product lifecycle, from defining technical requirements to design and transitioning to production. As a vital team member, you'll contribute to decision-making and collaborate with engineering colleagues to create innovative products, both current and next generation.
Ideally, you have expertise in mixed signal electronics (digital and analogue), precise, high-performance components in small form factors, which aligns with the definition of state-of-the-art miniature electronics.

Strong experience in designing and developing state-of-the-art miniature electronic systems for high-tech applications, including power management, signal processing, and control circuitry.
Expertise in integrating high-performance components into compact, efficient designs, with a focus on reliability, precision, and advanced functionality for optical systems.
Cutting-edge Digital and Analogue Circuit Design: lead the development and refinement of state-of-the-art digital and analogue circuits for diverse applications.
PCB design according to EMC standards.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional local and international teams to integrate designs into the overall product architecture.
Strategic Product Lifecycle Management: take charge of the product lifecycle from conceptualization to production, ensuring adherence to project timelines and stringent quality standards.
Thorough documentation: generate comprehensive design documentation, encompassing schematics, PCB layouts, and component specifications.
Maintain meticulous records of design iterations and modifications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in electronic engineering design, including digital and analogue circuit development and product design.
Advanced proficiency in design tools like Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout, as well as programming in C.
Strong understanding of industry protocols for digital and analogue signal processing.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to other engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management and delivering successful product launches.
Good knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements in digital and analogue design.
