About the role… Reporting into the Head of Logistics Development, as the Logistics Project Manager you’ll be required to cross functionally manage the implementation of all logistics change activity, as outlined in the logistics strategic plan for the UK & Irish markets. You’ll cover programme governance as well as ensuring all projects are completed to the required standard across all Nomad Foods markets. You’ll also ensure our internal and external teams work in a consistent and effective way that meets the needs of our business. Other key responsibilities include – Manage the execution of the in-year change agenda in conjunction with the local logistics teams. Ensure all logistics project and change activity is implemented across the UK&I Cluster and executed to the required standards (quality, cost, time). Provide support on projects aligned to other cluster markets across Nomad Foods. Works with key stakeholders across the markets, central teams and CoE’s to ensure awareness and support for the logistics strategy and associated projects. Represents cluster logistics in the relevant decision-making forums both internally and externally. Supports the strategy communication to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Manages all change activity through effective programme management ensuring regular check points and updates to key stakeholders. About you… We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager, competent in Supply Chain Logistics and used to working in a FMCG environment.You’re a confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders of all levels. We look for people who are focused on getting results, embrace learning and bring positive energy, combining initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration. Experience of managing complex 3rd party logistics providers and contractual agreements Evidence of developing and implementing strategic change Experience of leading multi-site, multi-function teams and inspiring them to deliver against challenging targets. Project Management experience, skills and background - well versed with PM Methodologies and life cycle. Used to managing multiple projects at the same time – all high priority and to tight deadlines, including large strategic change projects. The ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation and influence key stakeholders.
