Ever wanted to be a brand custodian of one of the world’s most iconic brands? We are looking for someone to join a highly energised, ambitious and engaged team who are on a mission to accelerate our brands into their next wave of growth. You will be executing best in class brand marketing campaigns, launching innovations and supporting our commercial teams so we can win in both the on & off trade.
We have multiple Assistant Brand Manager roles across GB Gins, Pimm’s, Baileys and Alc Free team so projects will vary. However, across all roles you will own and project manage the creation of brand plans based on consumer, customer and shopper insights to deliver:
1. Recruitment/Re-recruitment – both from a customer and consumer perspective
2. Scale – in all commercial elements of the brands, building strong relationships with the commercial teams on the ground to deliver above and beyond the AOP
3. Fame – making these brands the most talked about across the market. You will work with the Global Brand Teams, multiple agencies, cross-functional teams and partners to deliver on our salience and brand love objectives
4. Physical Availability - the ability to see, find and trigger associated memories in a buying context, all resulting in success at the point of purchase
Top Accountabilities
Functional:
5. Budget Management: Oversee responsibility of a multimillion £ budget. Working in collaboration with the full brand team, you will lead on day-to-day budget management as well as recommendations on where & how budget should be invested throughout the year.
6. Media & Social Execution: Work closely with media and social agencies to execute best-in-class multimillion £ media plans as well as creating new social content
7. Internal Engagement Build the internal love for the brand you work on, making us unmissable across the GB organization.
8. Innovation: Work collaboratively with a x-functional team (commercial, innovation and supply) and x-agency group to deliver a best-in-class launch that will get people talking about your brand
9. Influencer Marketing: Ensure we are delivering strong content that delivers high levels of engagement, working in collaboration with the Culture and Entertainment team

28. Min. 2 years of relevant marketing experience
