Day-to-day of the role: Warm Welcomes: Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients, colleagues, and visitors with a friendly and professional manner. Client Interaction: Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, handle new business and client inquiries. Meeting Room Management: Manage meeting room bookings using our online system, prepare rooms for meetings, manage refreshments, and ensure the front-of-house area is welcoming and well-maintained. Client Assistance: Advise and assist with enquiries, handle payments where necessary, and manage collections and deliveries. Safety First: Take responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the team and visitors.
