We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a modular school project based in Surrey.
DBS Required.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
1. Reporting and working alongside the Contracts Manager.
2. Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
3. Keeping site diaries.
4. Amending and working to RAMS.
5. Quality Assurance.
6. Managing the labour and putting men to work.
7. Providing progress reports.
8. Managing/ordering materials and overseeing operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
1. CSCS.
2. SMSTS.
3. First aid.
4. Enhanced DBS.
5. Experienced in managing modular and school projects.
6. 8+ years management experience.
