Salary: £38,000 – £42,000

As a Lecturer in Digital Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in inspiring and empowering the next generation of business leaders. You will work alongside the Course Leader and World of Business academic team on module development for Digital Marketing ensuring effective pedagogy is embedded in allocated modules and qualifications. Your responsibilities will include delivering dynamic lectures, creating engaging curriculum content, and providing mentorship to their students. With your expertise and passion for business, you’ll contribute to the ongoing development of their business programmes, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry trends.
The Role
1. Deliver engaging and industry-focused teaching on a variety of modules on the Business and Digital Marketing courses.
2. Use real-world case studies and your industry network to enhance student learning.
3. Support students in developing practical skills and industry connections through guest speakers, live projects, and networking opportunities.
4. Be part of an innovative, industry-led institution, working alongside a passionate team of Educators and professionals.
Essential Criteria
5. Experience in teaching, training, or delivering lectures/workshops in a higher education or professional setting.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
7. A commitment to student-focused learning and employability-driven education.
Desirable Criteria
8. PhD / master’s or working towards a qualification in a relevant subject.
9. Industry experience in Digital Marketing.
10. Knowledge of key themes in Digital Marketing such as setting up and managing a digital recording equipment.
11. Experience in a range of digital platforms.
12. Digital Marketing Content Production; AI agent development in Digital Marketing.
13. Teaching qualification or working towards.
14. An established network within the Digital Marketing to support guest lectures, placements, and industry collaboration.
15. Experience with digital learning tools and innovative teaching methods.
