The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, fixtures and fittings to identify any issues or potential problems.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on fixtures and fittings, equipment, and buildings.
3. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
4. Install, repair, and maintain various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
6. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
7. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
