Long-term temporary ongoing role. The shift time will be07:30 16:00 Monday to Friday (40-hour week). Basic pay rate is £12.21 per hour with overtime paid at 1.5x rate. Purpose of the Role- Warehouse Operative Provide accurate and timely support in the packing and labelling of products while upholding the highest standards as per our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Operate machinery and equipment to handle products effectively, promptly reporting any repair needs to the Assistant Production Manager (APM). Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Operative Perform in-process Quality Assurance (QA) checks, accurately recording results on Batch Packing Records (BPR) following SOPs. Operate and maintain proficiency in all machinery within the warehouse. Adhere to SOPs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Highlight potential faults to the senior staff. Liaise with internal teams, including the Production Office, Assembly, and Quality Ensure timely labelling and packing of products, reporting any potential delays to the supervisor Key Skills & Experience - Warehouse Operative Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Familiarity with warehouse or production environments and regulatory requirements for handling products. Strong time management, accuracy, and numeric skills. Other Requirements - Warehouse Operative Good physical health to handle occasional lifting tasks. Strong oral and written communication skills.
