Description
Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain quality control protocols
Analyse manufacturing processes and materials for quality risk factors
Drive solutions to reduce cost and improve quality
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop quality control metrics
Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure projects are completed to specifications
Conduct audits and create reports to determine compliance with quality and safety standardsProfile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plans.
Knowledge of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 why's, RCA).
Knowledge of IMDS.
Computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Willingness to undergo relevant training as and when required.
Driving license is essential.Job Offer
