Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Manager - Edinburgh
Permanent People are working closely with an independent recruitment agency, based in the heart of Edinburgh, who are looking to hire an experienced recruitment professional to join their team.
Our established client has years of experience within technical recruitment sectors and are looking for experienced consultants to come in and be part of their growth plans for 2025.
The Role
* You will come in as a senior recruiter or team manager, overseeing a small group of high performing 360 recruiters.
* You will be responsible for managing a full 360 recruitment desk, securing new business, and recruiting and interviewing new candidates on a weekly basis.
* An ability to lead, motivate, and organise a team of sales recruiters.
* There is a great opportunity to bill almost immediately as they have a large client base that looks to this firm for high-quality candidates, as they have the reputation of providing.
Experience Requirements
* You will have a couple of years of 360 recruitment experience as a minimum and either currently be at senior consultant level, looking to make the next step to a manager role, or already be in a managerial position looking to join a rapidly growing business.
* Being proactive and commercially aware is also important.
* You will have a proven track record within the recruitment industry and be able to show your experience in overseeing recruiters.
* 25% commission.
* Individual quarterly bonuses.
