Are you our next International Head of Retail? Our retail team play a pivotal part in bringing Gymshark to life, in real life. Our community and customers are our ‘family’, so we treat them as such. We don’t care if they buy, browse, or just hang out. What matters is providing a safe space where everyone belongs and feels welcome. With exciting expansion plans this role will be pivotal in managing and expanding our retail footprint ensuring the success of our stores across UK and internationally and with full P&L accountability you will drive the strategy, performance and execution of our retail initiatives across the portfolio. Develop and implement the retail strategy for Gymshark internationally, aligning with the overall business objectives. Identify growth opportunities and create detailed business plans for new store openings and existing store performance improvements. Assume full P&L accountability for the international retail operations providing forecasts and budgets for stores and establish effective working relationships with finance. Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Implement cost control measures and identify areas for financial optimization. Oversee the planning and execution of new store openings Ensure all stores adhere to Gymshark's brand standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Develop, implement and adapt operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize store performance suitable for the region / state. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing retail team Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement. Provide ongoing training with the support of global teams and development opportunities to ensure staff are knowledgeable and motivated. Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring that customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention are at the forefront of all retail activities. Analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service and experience through NPS. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Extensive retail store management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within a fitness/fast fashion apparel environment across a retail portfolio. Proven track record of successfully opening and managing multiple retail locations across different territories, not just the UK. Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities with proven experience of developing and delivering a retail strategy internationally. Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budget oversight. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to move across a variety of senior stakeholder groups internally and externally. Exceptional leadership and team development skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
