Customer Service Administrator
As Customer Service Administrator, you must be an organised, friendly, proactive and confident. The role will involve frequent contact with customers & clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and assisting with general administration.
Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Key responsibilities
* Handling customer inquiries via phone & email.
* Maintaining and updating customer records in our core system.
* Proactively calling vulnerable customers to support them in the event of power loss.
* Accurately logging all customer interactions.
Objective:
* Deliver first class customer service to ensure industry leading customer journey.
* Assist customers & clients promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a solid relationship with all internal departments/staff members.
Essential skills / experience
* Good Customer Service skills
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good attention to detail.
* Excellent communications skills.
* Experience in checking documents and accuracy of detail.
* Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
* Multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritise tasks
