You will have an understanding of company management, finances, organisation and stake/shareholder communication. A track record of overseeing operational changes, leading new initiatives, maximising company performance, and driving strategic growth is key to the success of this role. Minimum of 5 years of senior management / sales role is essential. Responsibilities Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and retaining high performance teams and managing businesses. Strong commercial background in SMEs. Business development: lead from the front in acquiring new business, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding client database, and ensuring client satisfaction. P&L management: candidates will need a track record in owning and delivering company financial targets reporting to group management. Manage global sales teams to drive e-commerce operations, marketing, vendor relationships, logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment. Proven experience in improving operational efficiencies and profitability. Analyse financial data, forecast sales, optimise pricing, and advertising strategies. Requirements Leadership to improve processes, retain team, and client satisfaction. Proven experience in financial restructuring and global sales team management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Spreadsheets/Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Experience in driving business growth and executing strategic plans. Fluency i English, both verbal and written.
