We have an exciting opportunity in our Corporate Simplification Restructuring Advisory team. You will develop a broad range of skills in corporate reorganisations and Members Voluntary Liquidations. The role is based in London but can be performed remotely across the UK, working with Partners and Directors nationwide.

* Understanding project details with the team.
* Attending client meetings.
* Analyzing client information.
* Managing corporate reduction projects.
* Handling asset realisations and distributions.
* Preparing statutory reports.
* Contributing to team development through networking and technical skills.
