About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and developing long-lasting relationships with brokers in the North West area. Your main responsibilities will include:
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism.
New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to the organisation's growth objectives.
Sales Process Support: Guide the sales process from initial contact to closing, delivering excellent service throughout.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each broker.
Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed sales targets, showcasing your skills and commitment to success.
Team Engagement: Participate in bi-weekly BDM Team Meetings (virtually) and attend face-to-face meetings as necessary.
