Our team is passionate about blending traditional craftsmanship with modern design techniques, providing creative solutions that are both beautiful and environmentally-conscious. At Clayworks, we value collaboration, creativity, and sustainability, offering a supportive environment where new ideas are celebrated. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and collaborate with like-minded individuals.
Purpose of the role
We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic content and engagement coordinator to amplify our brand’s presence and engagement across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic content strategy that speaks to architects, designers, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate is not only a content specialist but also deeply immersed in the architectural and design community, understanding its unique culture, trends, and challenges. Your role will be pivotal in telling our brand story, building relationships, and driving engagement through visually compelling and informative content.
What you’ll do
Strategy development

You’ll take ownership of our primary platforms (Instagram and LinkedIn) while proactively exploring and evaluating new channel opportunities to expand our reach. By balancing the unique needs and priorities of each platform, you’ll craft a cohesive, well-organised plan that enhances brand visibility and engagement across all digital touch points.
Content creation
Create and curate visually compelling and informative content that showcases our products, sustainability initiatives, and thought leadership within the design industry. Using your photography and design expertise, you’ll produce stunning, on-brand visuals that represent the Clayworks ethos. You will oversee the content production schedule, collaborating with freelancers as needed, and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and meet the highest standards. You will take full ownership of the content creation process, from concept to completion.
Community engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and other industry professionals. Respond to enquiries, comments, and messages, fostering a sense of community and connection. You will be fully tuned in to the priorities of the different business channels to ensure that you are fostering and engaging with our key audience groups in the right way.

Craft narratives that showcase Clayworks’ innovative approach to sustainable design and its impact on the architectural world.
Trend monitoring
Stay ahead of trends within both the design industry and social media landscape, ensuring Clayworks’ presence is always fresh, relevant, and aligned with emerging conversations.

Monitor and analyse performance using key metrics to continuously refine content and strategy, driving growth in followers, engagement, and brand awareness. You will track and assess the performance of all content across platforms, providing a monthly report to the wider team.

Work closely with the sales team to align content with broader campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives. You will oversee managing any partnerships across social media, ensuring this aligns with the brand.
