Product Manager - Fraud Are you a Product Manager with in-depth knowledge of Fraud? We’ve created a brand-new role within our Customer Account Product team here at Flutter UK & Ireland. This role will form part of our Payments team and the product you’ll help to build will be protecting us and our millions of customers from fraudulent activity. You’ll work closely with the existing Operational teams to define a future strategy for our fraud propositions then delivering against that strategy What you’ll do Define and own the roadmap for ‘Fraud as a product’ within Flutter UK & Ireland which is aligned to business risks and strategic goals. Lead the delivery of new products from discovery through to launch. Develop a deep understanding of our customers, existing business processes and our tech stack to deliver products that align to our strategy and vision. Work with a variety of teams such as payments, AML, Financial Crime, Fraud Operations, Tech and Insights to help define plans and deliverables with clear objectives and key results to maximise the impact of our actions. Work with the Financial Crime and Compliance framework to ensure alignment across the wider business. Find opportunities to improve our fraud proposition, prioritise product backlogs and manage the roadmap. Work with Insight and Research teams to understand and validate the impact of product changes. How you’ll do it: You’ll be a Product Manager with a background in fraud operations or fraud management software solutions. You’ll lean on this experience to build powerful solutions and a clear vision of the future state within Flutter UK & Ireland. You’ll ideally have worked in a tech company previously and have first-hand experience of implementing solutions into a large business. You’re an excellent communicator and natural collaborator, with a desire to be part of a highly successful team rather than just a successful individual. Be customer focused - bringing them to the forefront so that genuine customer needs drive us to the best solutions. Data focused, analytical and inquisitive - with the ability to translate business cases and analysis into tangible outcomes. Able to build strong working relationships and bring people together to get behind your vision.
