Assistant Manager - Requirements
* MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
* Able to assist the General Manager and motivate a team
* Hospitality management experience to at least supervisory level
* Communicate effectively
* Planning and organising skills
* Excellent attention to detail and standards
* Able to manage whilst demonstrating a hands-on approach
* Excellent customer care skills
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
* Assisting the General Manager, deputising in their absence
* Motivate and encourage the team
* Ensuring excellent levels of customer service
* Focusing on front of house
* Ensuring high food quality is maintained
* Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to
* Managing stock
