What skills and experience we're looking for
Required from November 2024 A full time Learning Support Assistant for Early Years from Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.15pm. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and hard-working individual who is committed to excellent classroom practice and high standards for all, to join our school of 415 pupils. This is a temporary appointment until 22nd July 2025, with a possibility of extension after this date. Salary: 31.25 hours per week at West Sussex Grade 3, Points 3-4, £22,737-£23,114 per annum pro rata, term time only (actual salary £16,175-£16,443). You will: - have a passion for learning - have high expectations - be a team player - demonstrate an understanding of how children learn - be enthusiastic, reliable and flexible - have experience of working with primary aged children - have excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
