Special Needs Teacher required to teach small classes of Key Stage 4 students with a range of complex learning needs. Are you a Special Needs Teacher who has experience working with Autism, Complex Learning Needs, and communication impairment? Do you love making a difference? This outstanding Special Needs School is looking to add an experienced, compassionate, and caring teacher to the team. You will be joining an experienced team of specialist staff whose aim is to make every day special for the children that they support.
As a Special Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for:
1. Teaching small classes of Key Stage 4 Students with Special Educational Needs.
2. Planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of individual students.
3. Liaising with the SENCO and TAs to ensure children are supported appropriately.
4. Making school a nurturing, welcoming, and safe place for students.
5. Helping young people to break down academic and social barriers.
