Job Description Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Workshop Manager required to join a leading pump supplier based near Wakefield. The Successful Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Workshop Manager will lead and inspire managing a group of skilled fitters and pump service engineers working on an array of pumps and fluid power equipment. You will ensure that all equipment is meticulously serviced and maintained to the highest standards The ideal Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Workshop Manager will have management or supervisory experience in engineering, with a background in fluid power, pumps, or related products such as valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, seals, gaskets, heat exchangers, flow meters, HVAC systems or similar Full product training will be provided Package £40,000 - £50,000 Bonus Overtime payments 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Additional company benefits Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Workshop Manager Role Lead and inspire managing a group of skilled fitters and pump service engineers working on an array of pumps and fluid power equipment. Manage a team working on rotating equipment, pumps, fans, and motors using equipment such as millers, ballers, lathes, and more. Collaborate on advanced pump technologies from industry-leading brands worldwide. Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost coordination. Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customers’ requests and inquiries. Liaise with various engineering departments. Service Manager / Engineering Manager / Workshop Manager Requirements Experience as a Workshop Manager, Engineering Manager, Service Manager, Service Supervisor, Pump Engineer, Installation Manager, Operations Manager or similar in engineering. Knowledge of various types of pump applications is advantageous, and full product training is provided. Management or supervisory experience in engineering, with a background in fluid power, pumps, or related products such as valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, seals, gaskets, heat exchangers, flow meters, HVAC systems or similar Full product training will be provided An innovative and creative mind to drive to team forward and create new opportunities.
