Reporting to the EMEA HR Director you will be involved in all areas of talent acquisition including leading the search for experienced hires and owning the early careers program for the region. You will also be instrumental in delivering our regional employer branding and D&I strategies whilst supporting with talent management and succession planning activities to ensure Croda remains an employer of choice in our markets. Who We're Looking For Degree qualified with prior experience working in a talent acquisition / recruitment management role either within agency or inhouse with a strong understanding of Life Sciences, Manufacturing and/or Industrial markets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across regions Highly organised with the ability manage a fluctuating workload and prioritise activities based on business needs Tenacious and highly curious individual to deliver against objectives whilst proactively challenging ways of working and seeking opportunities to drive value creation and streamline HR processes Good working knowledge of local labour laws across EMEA and a comprehensive understanding of talent challenges. High level of strategic thinking and business partnership to craft and deliver a multi-year talent strategy for Croda across EMEA and to ensure the talent manager role is seen as a consultative and value added role within the organisation. Key Responsibilities Work with the Regional HR Director to develop and implement a medium and long term talent strategy to address current and future talent needs across the organisation Promote Croda as an employer of choice in the candidate market through in person events and digital media Take the lead in senior level and strategic recruitment across the region ensuring a professional and proactive approach to the identification and selection of talent to meet business needs. Provide training, coaching and advice to managers and HR peers to ensure recruitment processes are efficient and to ensure the organisation keep abreast with new and innovative recruitment practices Support the HR Director with annual career pathway mapping and talent review processes Take ownership of the early career apprentice and graduate program at a regional level ensuring effective program management and monitoring ROI Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in the business to support how Croda can attract and retain talent Analyse recruitment metrics and attrition data to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide regular reports and insights on recruitment performance and workforce planning. Manage relationships with regional recruitment and executive search partners to ensure Croda achieves a high ROI from outsourced recruitment projects. Work as part of global HR network to capture best practice from other regions and Group HR teams building strong working relationships within the global HR community. Take the lead on HR projects pertaining to talent as requested by the HR Director and identify new projects to drive best practice in the region.
