• Successful experience leading an area of improvement
• Passion for Inclusion and commitment to advance your knowledge in SEND leadership
• The ability to identify and implement successful safeguarding, inclusion strategies for all pupils and SEND.
• Excellent understanding of curriculum and pedagogical issues, including recent developments within the primary phase.
• Curriculum development and design - particularly within the wider curriculum;
• Effective pastoral and behaviour management skills at middle or senior leadership;
• The ability to develop excellent relationships
• Delivering CPD and supporting the development of teachers at different levels of experience;
• Understanding of strategies that enable pupils to make excellent progress.
• Able to demonstrate resilience, and willing to face new challenges with enthusiasm and positivity
