Working for our organisation
Wensleydale Ward is a fast paced 28 bedded medical ward, including a 4 bed Coronary Care Unit and 4 bedded Medical Enhanced Care Unit. We care for Cardiac and Respiratory patients, some requiring highly specialist care, but with a predicted length of stay of less than 72 hours. Due to an increased workforce plan for Band 6, we now have the opportunity to add an extra band 6 Sister or Charge Nurse to our Ward Leadership Team.

Person specification
Qualifications
1. Registered Nurse
2. NMC registered
3. A Degree in Nursing or related field
4. ENB 998 OR equivalent to be either completed or due to be completed.
Experience
1. Experience of working as Senior Staff Nurse
2. Experience in acute medical nursing Supervisory experience
3. Experience in Change management
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
