The Company - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2010, they have been able to establish themselves as one of the market leaders in the UK and US. Currently sitting at a headcount of 40 employees, they are looking to expand as they continue to grow into adjacent areas within the Private Equity and Hedge Fund space.
There is a big emphasis on client relationships, so from day 1 you’ll be given the opportunity to attend client meetings in order to fully understand their needs whilst building up the relationship.

* £27k base salary and on-target earnings of £50k+ in year 1!
* First promotion typically seen in the first 6-9 months

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is the process of finding and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. It involves:
1. Job Definition: Defining the role, qualifications, and skills needed.
2. Sourcing: Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, or referrals.
3. Screening: Reviewing resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
4. Interviewing: Assessing candidates through interviews or tests.
5. Selection: Choosing the best candidate based on fit and qualifications.
6. Offer and Negotiation: Presenting a job offer and negotiating terms if needed.
7. Onboarding: Integrating the new hire into the organisation.
