* Based in Chessington
* £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Description
* Liaising with suppliers via email and telephone
* Chasing overdue orders
* Providing the company sales team with up-to-date delivery information
* Updating computer systems with purchase order information
* Assisting Buying team with daily ordering
* Assisting with the management of the 'Goods in’ procedures
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with exiting suppliers and internal customers
* Corresponding with our sister branch regarding the transfer of stock and 'goods in’ procedures
Person Specification
* Previous experience within an office role is not essential
* Good standard of education
* Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
* Good working knowledge of MS Office, primarily Excel
* Ability to multitask and manage own workload
* Trustworthy; able to work under own initiative
* Detail oriented, with ability to adapt to any task given
* Excellent communication skills
