My client who is a leading Financial Services company are based in Bromley are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their passionate customer centric team. This role is to provide administrative support to all from initial customer contact through to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
* Taking customer calls, assessing enquiries and responding to requests
* Responding to customers correspondence by letter and email
* Liaising with Customers, third parties and internal departments
* Process all applications on the system in line with procedures
* Work as a team and ensure customers receive an outstanding service
Essential Skills & Experience
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with working with computer programs
* Strong attention to details and organisation skills
* Work well with in a team
