Overall purpose:
To lead a team in providing support and personal care to individuals with physical and/or learning difficulties to enable them to live independently in their own homes. The role involves supporting the Team Leader in delivering quality supported living services, promoting Diverse Abilities positively, and participating in community events.

This role involves:
* Managing the service within Diverse Abilities policies, procedures, commissioning, CQC standards, and legal requirements.
* Acting as the main contact for the service in collaboration with the Team Leader.
* Liaising with the Team Leader regarding the individuals supported and staffing matters.
* Working independently, using your initiative, and seeking support when necessary.
* Building positive relationships with families, friends, and professionals, representing Diverse Abilities professionally.
* Attending all mandatory team meetings, which include important communications and training sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Diploma Level 3/4 or equivalent (or willingness to work towards this).
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
* Full UK Manual Drivers License.
* Interpersonal skills, clear communication, person-centered approach, proactivity, self-management, and initiative.
