About the role
Vision for Education are working closely with a one-form entry Primary School who currently have a vacancy for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their school. You will be supporting a child on a 1-1 basis in the KS2 Class. The school are looking for someone who has experience supporting children with ASD and someone who is energetic and organised. This is a fulltime role and is due to start ASAP.
Requirements for 1-1 SEND Teaching Assistant:
1. Experience supporting SEN
2. Flexible and adaptable
3. GCSE Maths and English
4. Determined
5. Patience
This is a one-form entry Primary School situated on the outskirts of Ashford. The school is well resourced and as such is able to provide opportunities for children significantly beyond the national curriculum. They have a warm friendly atmosphere and an attractive environment.
