Forvis Mazars Global Limited is looking for a dynamic Network Marketing and Growth Data Analyst, based in London, who will provide global data analytics support for the Network while working collaboratively with various stakeholders at both member firms.
The Business Development Executive (BDE) - Global Pursuits will work closely with the Global Business Leader in the development and execution of the strategic global pursuits strategy and providing direct business development and pursuit leadership for prioritized strategic accounts. This role will coordinate with global pursuit teams to identify and develop new business opportunities and lead the end to end pursuit process.
In coordination with the Global Business Leader and key global network stakeholders, assist in the development of the annual strategic global pursuits strategy and growth goals
Coordinate extensively with global industry and service groups to identify and prioritize strategic named accounts and align global client service pursuit teams
Lead process for regular pursuit planning, pipeline and sales reporting, and facilitating regular global leadership status updates and reporting
Partner with global account Relationship Executives/Pursuit Leaders for named strategic accounts to develop annual account pursuit plans, including annual account sales goals and business development strategies
Facilitate regular pursuit team calls/meetings to drive business development activities including but not limited to:
Pre-pursuit research and company intelligence gathering
Identification of company business issues/strategic priorities and alignment with potential client service opportunities
Development of relationship maps of key buyers and decision-makers and strategies for relationship development and expansion
Managing the annual global client pursuit plan and engaging and coordinating action steps with key account team members from across the global network, including maintaining accurate CRM tracking of key pipeline and activities
Outside of pursuit leadership on strategic named accounts, provide opportunistic support for strategic global pursuits that may arise during the year that are critical to global growth objectives
Experience working with global accounts and managing global pursuits
Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels, both verbally and in writing
Ability to travel to serve clients, as required
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and CRM systems
Experience operating in a business development and relationship development capacity at a Top-10 global public accounting and consulting firm
Proven experience leading and facilitating teams through sales methodologies and processes, and representative experience meeting and exceeding annual business development goals
